Coco is the AI assistant built into Silhouette Suite. It knows which page you are on, what your role can do and the live facts of the job in front of you. Ask it what to do next, have it fill in an order form for you to check, give it a client email or screenshots to sort into the job's notes, or have it draft a text or email. Coco never sets prices, changes stages, schedules installs or closes jobs. You press every save button yourself.

Pricing is never AI
Every price comes from the same workroom math and your rates, never from AI. Coco can explain a quote and help you fill the order form. It cannot change a price.

Built to be trusted
Coco knows your role. A project admin is never told to press a button only an admin can use; Coco says who can, and what the assistant can do instead.
Coco only sees what your account can see in your own company. It fills boxes only on forms that have their own Save button, never ticks a checkbox you did not name, and saves nothing on its own.
