Every width, allowance and add-on, priced the same way every time.
Your team fills in an order form for each treatment. A workroom admin opens it in the quote calculator, which works out widths, cut lengths, repeats, yardage and labor and shows every step. Each add-on is its own line in the calculator, a zero total must be confirmed before it is saved, and every saved quote keeps a snapshot of the numbers it used.

What the calculator works out
Drapery, ripplefold, roman shade and valance formulas were checked line by line against a working workroom's quoting sheet.
Widths and panels
Fabric widths per panel round up to the next half width, and the calculator makes sure the panels add up to whole widths you can cut. Liner widths are worked out on their own and rounded once at the total, because a liner is rarely the same width as the face fabric.
Cut lengths
Header and hem allowances follow the lining. Repeats round up to the next full repeat, and on drapery a half-drop pattern rounds up to a multiple of two repeats.
Labor
Drapery, ripplefold and roman shade labor come from your rate tables by product, lining and finished length.
Add-ons and surcharges
French seams, difficult fabric, interlining, memory stitch, bead weight, rings, board mounting, tie backs, trim and rush each show as their own line in the calculator.
Yardage buffers
When face fabric lands exactly on a whole yard, the calculator adds the buffer yard your cutting table needs.
Saved snapshots
Every saved quote keeps the inputs, rates and result it was built on. Change a rate tomorrow and yesterday's quote still shows what it used.

Generate the quote
A workroom admin opens the calculator, checks each step and saves the quote, or marks it ready for review.

Approve workroom pricing
A design associate or super admin checks the workroom cost, markup and client price, then approves it.

The client price lands on the job
A quote from an outside fabricator gets your markup added. A quote from your own workroom is the client price.
In detail
Purchased goods and installation
Not everything is sewn. Hardware, shades and shutters, fabric you buy and installation are priced from a unit cost plus your markup for that kind of line.
Type the unit cost and press Price, or price every line at once with Price all lines with a unit cost. Link a line to a vendor's catalog price and it shows when a newer price takes effect, so you choose when to take it.
