- Is the quoting engine really accurate to our shop?
- The formulas are ratified against a master workroom worksheet, and every rate is your own data. Nothing is hardcoded and nothing falls back silently.
- Does AI calculate our prices?
- No. Pricing is deterministic code. AI drafts, reads, monitors and explains, but it never produces a client-facing number.
- Can we use our own AI assistant?
- Yes, through Model Context Protocol. Your assistant connects to your workspace with your permissions and full auditing.
- How do supplier costs get in?
- Direct connections, spreadsheet imports, PDF price lists or emailed bulletins — all landing in one validated cost book.
- Do we see margin before delivery?
- Yes. Approved revenue and real costs produce a live per-job profit and loss with capped commission.
- Is our data separated from other companies?
- Yes. Isolation is enforced at the database level with company-scoped roles and policies on every table.
- Can a workroom and a retail studio work together?
