Profit and loss per job, not per quarter

Gross profit, admin, incentive, business development and true margin — computed the way your accountant already does it.

Every project carries a profit and loss view: approved revenue on one side, vendor, install and reorder costs on the other, with credit card fees, shipping, admin allocation, incentive and business development percentages applied in a fixed order. Commission is derived from realized profit and capped, so nobody is paid on a job that lost money.

    What the report gives you

    Revenue that cannot be fudged

Revenue sums approved quotes automatically and is read-only in the report.

    Cost lines with real quantities

Vendor cost is a unit cost; the line total is quantity times unit. Install and reorder lines sit alongside it.

    Ordered allocations

Gross profit, admin, incentive, business development and profit are computed in a locked order taken from the master workbook.

    Capped commission

Commission is profit times margin, capped at your configured ceiling and zero when the job did not make money.

    Immutable closeouts

Closing a job snapshots the report. Later cost edits cannot rewrite a closed period.
