Roman shades, by style and lift
Flat, relaxed, hobbled and slatted, with the lift system and liner priced properly.
Roman shades are priced on rounded square footage at the rate for their style, plus the lift system, plus liner. Width includes returns and the standard build allowance, and cut length adds header, hem and any valance allowance, then rounds up to the pattern repeat. One order covers up to six windows, each with its own size and control side.

Style rates

Flat, Relaxed, Hobbled, Slatted back and Slatted front each read their own rate. A missing rate raises a warning instead of falling back to the flat rate.
Lift systems

Cordless, continuous cord loop, Motorized and Lutron. A motor is entered per shade and shows on the quote as its own Motor line.
Cut length

Hobbled and slatted constructions add their own factor to the cut. A shade valance adds its allowance. The cut length cannot be typed over.
Liner, always

Roman shades are lined work. Liner widths come from the raw width and the liner's usable width, and the liner always appears in the total.
Considered by design
Relaxed shades add up in the right order
Base face yardage gets its buffer first, the extra yardage for each relaxed width comes second, and only then is the total rounded to a whole yard. Reverse that order and the cutting table comes up a yard short.
