Valances and mock romans price labor per linear foot on rounded width, with cut lengths built from fold counts rather than a flat allowance. Cornices carry their own width and cut formulas and are quoted outside-mount by default. Wood is always an itemized line from your own bracket table, never folded into labor.

Fold-aware cut lengths
Mock roman cut length is built from the fold count and fold depth, so a six-fold treatment and a three-fold treatment never share a cut.
Liner computed independently
Liner widths come from raw width against the liner's usable width, and liner cut adds its own header and hem. The width count is never divided a second time.
Wood itemized
Board and frame costs come from your own size-bracket table and appear as their own line on the quote and the workroom ticket.
Cornice specifics
Cornice width includes returns and build allowance, cut length carries its own addition, and difficult fabric applies as a percentage of labor.
