Your team adds rooms and items, the workroom prices each treatment, a designer approves the price and the client says yes. Deposit, production, installation and closeout follow, and each one moves the job forward on its own. When it is done, the Costs tab shows what the job earned.

A homeowner, designer or builder is saved once and reused on every job.

Open a possible job
Turn a website lead or a new inquiry into a possible job on your jobs board.

Start proposal
The job file opens at Quoting, with its sidemark and both team checklists.

Add rooms and items
Each treatment, fabric, hardware and install line is listed room by room.

Price it
Order forms feed the quote calculator. Purchased goods and install lines take a unit cost plus your markup.

Approve and send
A designer approves workroom pricing, the estimate goes out, and the client's approval is recorded or signed.

Collect the deposit
Record the deposit on Payments. When it meets the target, the job moves to Deposit paid.

Order and make
Order status and ETAs track every line through the workroom and your vendors.

Receive
When every line is in, the job is ready to install.

Install
Schedule the installation, then mark it complete. Go-backs stay open until they are done.

Close
Review and close job lists anything left, from the balance to the costs. Clear the list and close.
