Every plan includes the whole suite. Plans differ only by how many people in your office use it.
Silhouette Suite is billed per company, monthly or yearly. Every plan includes quoting, the CRM, job management, payments, costs, job profit, reports and Coco. You choose a plan by the number of office users, and workroom staff and quality control users are free. A one-time onboarding fee covers loading your pricing, costs and process before your team signs in.

Onboarding
Onboarding is a one-time fee: $1,500 on Essentials and $2,500 on Professional and Complete. It is charged once, with your first invoice.
It covers loading your quoting sheet (labor rates, liners, pleats, add-ons and spacing), your vendor costs, install rates and markups, publishing your checklists and training your team.

Founding companies
The first 10 companies to join get 30% off their plan for 24 months and onboarding for $750. A studio and a workroom that link their companies get 25% off the second company's plan. One discount applies per company.

Pricing questions
- How is Silhouette Suite billed?
- Per company, monthly or yearly, by card through Stripe. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
- Who counts as an office user?
- Anyone with a design, project, admin, accounting or super admin role. Workroom staff and quality control users are free.
- What if we add people?
- Each office user over your plan's limit is $39 a month, or $390 a year on yearly billing. You see the cost before you add them.
- Is there a trial?
- Invited companies start with a 14-day trial. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
- Can we change or cancel our plan?
- Yes. Change plans or cancel any time from Billing. A canceled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Do prices include sales tax?
- No. Prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax that applies.
- How do we start?
- Request an invitation. We will talk through how your business works and send a personal link to create your company.
