Two models must agree before it counts
In the places where a mistake is expensive, one model's answer is not enough.
For high-stakes interpretation — reading a supplier price list, extracting specifications from a document, or classifying an inbound request — Silhouette Suite runs the task through more than one model and compares the results. Agreement passes through; disagreement is flagged for a human with both answers shown side by side.
How validation runs
- 1
Independent passes
The same input is interpreted by two models that do not see each other's output.
- 2
Structured comparison
Results are compared field by field, not as prose. A price is either the same number or it is not.
- 3
Agreement or escalation
Matching fields are accepted; mismatched fields are marked low confidence and routed to review.
- 4
Recorded
The validation outcome is stored with the import batch, so you can see later which values were machine-agreed and which were human-decided.
Where validation is not used
Pricing arithmetic never goes through a model at all, so it needs no validation. Deterministic code is a stronger guarantee than any consensus.
